Atlanta, GA, April 2, 2013— Specialists TV has announced that the host of their new programs entitled, R&B Live and Urban Music Report will be upcoming songstress and Atlanta socialite, Bonita Canady. The New York native made a name for herself when she released her debut single “Outta This World” featuring Jive recording artist, Mickey Factz, on iTunes, and most current single “Hiphop Gone”. Bonita gained popularity when the video for the single premiered on, and at the premiere party, which was held at the well-known Bar One in Atlanta, Georgia. The singer was later a victim of celebrity gossip when her picture appeared on one of the top urban blogs,, with claims that she and Atlanta Housewives’ and owner of Bar One, Peter Thomas were rumored to be involved in an affair. Bonita quickly denied the claims, calling Thomas an Uncle, but used the added exposure to introduce the audience to her music.

On April 3rd, 2013, the sweet but sassy songbird will be calling Specialists TV home when the weekly Television variety series launches on Comcast. R&B Live consists of live musical performances, following in the footsteps of the highly successful Specialists TV series, Urban Music Report.
